Stair treads are manufactured in the same types as the pressure locked gratings. We also produce stair treads in several different materials, including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. Our stair treads are always supplied with a slip-resistant perforated nosing and welded side plates. All stair treads are welded in an inert atmosphere using a special fixture, which prevents slag formation and twisting during the production process. Steel stair treads from Flexi Riste are always square and perfectly flat.
SLOTTED HOLES
To facilitate installation of the steel treads in stair stringers, they are always supplied with one round hole and one slotted hole. This provides adjustment possibilities in stringers with mirrored hole placement. See more details in the technical data sheet.

Tread dimensions and side plates can be supplied according to customer specifications. The slip-resistant nosing increases the load-bearing capacity of the stair treads and provides a visually distinct edge, which significantly enhances safety during use.
