Stair treads can be manufactured in all types of forge welded gratings. They are always supplied with a slip-resistant perforated nosing and welded side plates for easy installation between stringers. All stair treads are welded using specially developed production equipment, ensuring that the treads do not twist during the manufacturing process.

FORGE WELDED GRATING STAIR TREADS – SLOTTED HOLES IN SIDE PLATES
To make installation in stair stringers easier, the treads are always supplied with one round hole and one slotted hole.
If the stringers are made with corresponding round and slotted holes – mirrored – an adjustment range of approximately 20 mm is achieved.
SLIP-RESISTANT PERFORATED NOSING
This design reduces the risk of slipping when stepping on the tread. In addition, it makes the front edge of the step more visible, which is an important safety factor when using stairs.
