FIXING MATERIAL FOR FORGE WELDED GRATINGS WITH LOCK B334K / B351K

Order No. B 334 K (suitable for mesh size 34 × 38 mm)
Order No. B 351 K (suitable for mesh size 34 × 50 mm)

Consists of:

• Upper clamp part

• Lower clamp part with finger hole

• Screw, nut, and plastic locking ring

Screw length: at least grating height plus 50 mm.

This fixing material also prevents the grating from slipping off the substructure if the screw connection becomes loose and can be mounted from above.

SET SCREW – FIXING MATERIAL B 433 T

Consists of:

• Washer top part with permanently attached threaded sleeve made of brass or aluminium

• Set screw

This fixing material also prevents the grating from slipping off the substructure if the screw connection becomes loose and can be mounted from above.

This fixing system is suitable for mesh sizes of approximately 25 to 40 mm.

FIXING MATERIAL FOR PRESSURE LOCKED GRATINGS B 633 K
(suitable for bearing bar spacing of 33 mm and equal or larger cross bar spacing)

Consists of:

• Upper clamp part

• Lower clamp part with finger hole

• Screw, nut, and plastic locking ring

Screw length: at least grating height plus 50 mm.

This fixing material also prevents the grating from slipping off the substructure if the screw connection becomes loose and can be mounted from above.

STANDARD FIXING MATERIAL B 133 T OR B 133 K

Consists of:

• Upper clamp part or washer top part

• Lower clamp part

• Screw, nut, and plastic locking ring

This fixing material is also available in stainless steel, order no. B 132 K.

Screw length: at least grating height plus 30 mm.

If the mesh size is 33 mm or larger, this fixing material can be mounted from above. It is also available with a raised grating seat.
