Flexi Chequer plates
Flexi Riste offers processing of chequer plates in various pattern types and materials, as well as different surface treatments.
Flat plates can be supplied with cutouts, bending, and mounting holes according to drawings and project specifications.
Used for areas and steps where a closed, sealed, and slip-resistant surface is required that prevents the penetration of dirt and liquids. Typical applications include balconies, stairs, and walkways in construction projects, walkways in the food industry, intermediate floors in laundries, trailer floors, and other areas where a tight, slip-resistant, and durable walking surface is needed.
Flexi chequer plates have a robust, ribbed surface with a closed design. They are classified up to R11 in the slip resistance class. The closed construction of the chequer plates ensures smooth rolling motion for wheels, even with smaller diameters. The sealed surface provides excellent protection for people and objects against falling small parts from above. Excellent corrosion protection is ensured through hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461.
Flexi Riste also offers reinforcement in custom profiles through the Flexi Support range.
Materials and surface treatments available:

- Stainless steel: untreated, pickled, or electropolished

Combination decks are gratings with welded-on chequer plates, providing an optimal combination of the advantages of both products.
The chequer plates ensure a closed surface with excellent slip resistance, while the gratings provide high load-bearing capacity with low weight.
