This page is an order page.
The purpose of the page is to display the stock products offered by Flexi Riste A/S.

When an order is placed, the customer will receive an automatically generated confirmation of the items requested for delivery. A final order confirmation including product and freight prices will be sent shortly thereafter. This order confirmation will also state the delivery date of the ordered goods.

If you, as the buyer, regret your purchase after completing the transaction, you must immediately send an email to mail@flexiriste.dk. To facilitate processing, please include your order number.

Flexi Riste A/S recommends printing the final order confirmation of your purchase.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 5–8 days. The final delivery date will always be stated in the order confirmation.

All prices are quoted excluding VAT.

Delivery

All prices are quoted ex works. Freight costs will appear on the order confirmation.

Disputes

Danish law applies to the agreement and any disputes arising in connection with it.

Flexi Riste A/S reserves the right to decide whether disputes relating to the delivery shall be finally settled by arbitration or by the ordinary courts. If Flexi Riste A/S chooses arbitration, this shall be conducted by the Danish Institute of Arbitration in accordance with its rules. Hearings shall take place in Herning.

The language of proceedings shall be Danish. If Flexi Riste A/S chooses to bring the case before the ordinary courts, the case shall be heard at the venue chosen by Flexi Riste A/S, either its own venue or that of the buyer.

2. How do we store your data?

The personal data we collect about you is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Such transfer of your personal data will always be carried out in compliance with applicable legislation.

Your data may be shared within Flexi Riste A/S. We never disclose, sell, or exchange your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes outside Flexi Riste A/S. Data provided to third parties is used only to provide services to you – for example, transport companies for delivery of goods, media agencies for newsletters, and accounting systems for bookkeeping.

4. What type of personal data do we collect?

We collect the personal data you provide us, e.g. when placing an order, contacting our customer service, or participating in competitions. The data may include contact details and payment details. In addition, we may collect personal data from external sources, such as credit information and address updates.

5. How do we use your personal data?

Processing of your orders and possible returns
Sending notifications via SMS, email, or similar regarding delivery status, order pickup, etc.
Contacting you in case of problems with the delivery of your goods

We store your personal data as long as necessary to perform the above services or as long as required by law. Thereafter, your personal data will be deleted.

We cannot delete data where legal obligations require storage, e.g. under bookkeeping laws that require storage for 5 years.

You may at any time request details of the personal data we hold about you. Flexi Riste A/S will provide this via email.

Where Flexi Riste A/S processes your personal data electronically based on your consent or an agreement, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transfer it to another party.

6.3 Right to rectification

6.4 Right to erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data used by Flexi Riste A/S, except in cases such as:

Unresolved customer service issues
Open orders not yet dispatched
Outstanding debts
Suspected misuse of services within the last 4 years
Debt sold to third parties
Credit applications refused within the last 3 months
Purchases requiring storage of data under bookkeeping laws

6.5 Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests

You may object to the processing of your personal data based on Flexi Riste A/S’s legitimate interests. Processing will cease unless we can demonstrate overriding legitimate grounds.

Our Privacy Policy may need to be updated. The latest version will always be available on our website. We will notify of any significant changes, e.g. regarding purposes of processing, responsible parties, or your rights.
